Job Description

• Job Title: Executive – Outpatient Services Experience: 6 Months To 2 Years Location: Porur / Poonamallee, Chennai Gender: Male Candidates Preferred.

• Coordinate And Manage Outpatient Appointments, Patient Registration, And Follow-ups Act As The First Point Of Contact For Patients And Assist With Inquiries Or Concerns Ensure Accurate Data Entry And Maintenance Of Patient Records In The Hospital Management System Liaise With Doctors, Nursing Staff, And Other Departments To Ensure Smooth Patient Flow Monitor Wait Times And Improve Patient Turnaround Time Maintain Cleanliness And Organization Of The Opd Area Ensure Compliance With Hospital Protocols And Standards Generate Daily/weekly Reports And Escalate Any Issues To Management.
