1. Refund Eligibility

  1. Employer Subscriptions and Job Postings

    • Technical Issues: If a technical problem on our end prevents your job posting from being published or visible.
    • Service Not Delivered: If the services you paid for were not delivered as described.
    • Duplicate Charges: If you were mistakenly charged more than once for the same service.
  2. Colleges Subscriptions

    • Technical Issues: If a technical problem on our end prevents you from accessing the premium features.
    • Service Not Delivered: If the services you paid for were not delivered as described.
    • Duplicate Charges: If you were mistakenly charged more than once for the same service.

2. Refund Requests

To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@mmtechitservices.com within 30 days of your purchase. Include:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Order number or subscription details
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting documentation or screenshots

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after review and approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

Return Policy

1. Service Modifications and Returns

  • Employer Services

    • Employers may modify their job postings anytime at no extra cost.
    • For withdrawal of postings, contact support — subject to refund eligibility criteria.
  • Job Seeker Services

    • Subscriptions can be upgraded/downgraded at any time (changes effective at end of current cycle).
    • Cancellations will not result in refunds for the current billing cycle but will stop future billing.
