Overview:
- We are seeking a skilled IBM Mainframe Developer to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mainframe technologies and will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing applications on the mainframe platform.
- You will work closely with business analysts and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs.
- Salary will be provided based on the performance Experience Required: 2 to 5 years Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, and DB2. Ensure that applications are scalable, reliable, and efficient.
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mainframe applications with other systems and services, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve issues in existing applications and systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement fixes to improve system performance.
- Code Review and Documentation: Review code written by peers to ensure compliance with best practices.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures for future reference.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in the testing and deployment phases, ensuring that all changes meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze application performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce resource consumption.
Required Experience: 2 Years
Qualification:

Skill Required:
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, and SQL (DB2).
- Mainframe Technologies: Experience with CICS, VSAM, and IBM z/OS environment.
- Development Tools: Familiarity with mainframe development tools such as Endevor, CA Gen, or similar.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work effectively in a team environment.
