SERVICENOW SECOPS + SIR DEVELOPER

Job Description

• We Are Seeking A Skilled And Proactive Servicenow Developer To Join Our Security Operations (secops) Team.
• In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For The Management, Optimization, And Customization Of Our Servicenow Security Incident Response (sir) Plaorm.
• What You'll Do ● Plaorm Management & Optimization: Take Ownership Of The Servicenow Sir Application, Including Managing Day-to-day Operations, Troubleshooting Issues, And Leading Eorts To Signicantly Improve Its Performance And Eciency.
• Design, Develop, And Enhance Servicenow Secops And Sir Applications To Support Security Event Management And Incident Response Processes.
• ● Customization & Development: Design And Implement New Features And Customizations Based On Analyst Requests, Including Creating New Categories, Elds, And Inbound Email Rules.
• ● Architectural Improvement: Re-architect And Simplify The Current Table Structure Within Servicenow Sir To Enhance Performance And Scalability, Moving From A Monolithic Design.

• ● 5+ Years Of Servicenow Development Experience, With 3+ Years In Security Operations Or Sir Implementations.
• ● A University Degree In A Relevant Eld.
• ● Industry Certications Such As Cissp, Cism, C|eh, Giac, Or Ccna.
• ● Familiarity With Endpoint Security Concepts (e.g., Crowdstrike) And Web Application Firewalls (waf).
• ● Experience With Event Monitoring And Security Reporting Tools.
• Who You Are ● You Are An Excellent Communicator, Capable Of Explaining Technical Concepts To Non-technical Stakeholders.
• ● You Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-solving Skills, With A Knack For Untangling Complex Issues.
• ● You Are Detail-oriented And Action-oriented, With A Willingness To Take Initiative And See Tasks Through To Completion.
• ● You Operate With The Highest Level Of Integrity And Ethical Standards.
