Overview:
- We are seeking a skilled and proactive ServiceNow Developer to join our Security Operations (SecOps) team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for the management, optimization, and customization of our ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) plaorm.
- What You'll Do ● Plaorm Management & Optimization: Take ownership of the ServiceNow SIR application, including managing day-to-day operations, troubleshooting issues, and leading eorts to signicantly improve its performance and eciency.
- Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow SecOps and SIR applications to support security event management and incident response processes.
- ● Customization & Development: Design and implement new features and customizations based on analyst requests, including creating new categories, elds, and inbound email rules.
- ● Architectural Improvement: Re-architect and simplify the current table structure within ServiceNow SIR to enhance performance and scalability, moving from a monolithic design.
- ● 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with 3+ years in Security Operations or SIR implementations.
- ● A university degree in a relevant eld.
- ● Industry certications such as CISSP, CISM, C|EH, GIAC, or CCNA.
- ● Familiarity with endpoint security concepts (e.g., Crowdstrike) and Web Application Firewalls (WAF).
- ● Experience with event monitoring and security reporting tools.
