• Position Overview: Taxzilla Accounts Solutions Is Seeking A Proactive, Client-focused *client Relationship Officer (cro)* To Join Our Growing Team.
• This Full-time Role Is Crucial In Maintaining Strong And Professional Communication With Our Clients, Ensuring Timely Follow-ups, And Supporting Them In Services Like Gst, Tds, Tax Filings, And Compliance.
• As A Cro, You’ll Act As The First Point Of Contact For Clients, Handling Their Queries, Providing Updates, And Coordinating With Internal Teams For Smooth Service Delivery.
• You Must Be Confident In Handling Phone Calls, Scheduling Follow-ups, And Building Trust With Clients Over Time.
• Ideal Candidates Will Have Strong Communication Skills, A Helpful Attitude, And A Willingness To Learn.
• Freshers With Good Interpersonal Skills Are Encouraged To Apply.
• Roles & Responsibilities: ● Build, Strengthen, And Maintain Long-term Relationships With New And Existing Clients.
• ● Handling Calls With Clients And Performs Regular Follow-ups.
• ● Serve As The Primary Point Of Contact-listen To Concerns, Resolve Issues, And Escalate Complex Matters Internally.
