• Manage End-to-end Recruitment For Tech And Non-tech Roles Conduct Onboarding & Orientation For New Hires Coordinate Employee Engagement And Wellness Programs Support Performance Review Processes And Feedback Cycles Maintain Hr Records, Employee Files, And Databases.
• Ensure Hr Policy Compliance And Labor Law Adherence Handle Employee Relations And Grievance Redressal Assist With Payroll, Attendance, And Exit Formalities.
